The house is distributed on two levels, on the first one you will find the social areas such as the pool, with views of nature, BBQ, living room, dining room, and kitchen with bamboo doors, which give the property a tropical touch. It has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.

On the second level, you will find the master suite, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Maximum capacity for 16 guests. It has 3 parking spaces.

The service personnel is hired separately. From 7 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. For a group of more than 6 people, a second person must be hired. The rate is per day and must be paid directly on-site to the service personnel.
