Anp029 - Charming house with 4 suites in Mesa de Yeguas

This charming 2-story house attracts the admiration of everyone who stays there, whether for its open design, from the living room and kitchen to the bedrooms, or its proximity to nature and its incredible view of the mountains.

The living room is large and its open space provides the most beautiful view of the mountains. It is furnished with selected furniture for a harmony of colors between the furniture and the environment and has a dining area with a table for 8 people. The kitchen is equally charming and well equipped for preparing excellent meals.

The house has 4 comfortable suites, all of them prepared to receive families from 3 to 4 people. Each suite has a bathroom, cable TV and direct access to the property's garden. The area outside the house has a large infinity pool with sun loungers and a dining area with a gas grill.

The condominium has a large golf course that runs throughout the region and can be used by all guests and includes several other sports activities such as tennis, water skiing, cycling, athletics and many others. The club also has an excellent restaurant. The biodiversity preserved in the condominium is fantastic and a beautiful variety of animals native to the region can be found, mostly birds and small animals.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
