Anp031 - Luxurious house in Mesa de Yeguas Country Club

The house consists of five spacious bedrooms, each with a private balcony, television and private bathroom. Maximum guest capacity is 15 people, with a choice of queen-size beds and twin beds available.

Guests can enjoy a large 25 meter swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and a Jacuzzi. There is also a barbecue area and a pool table for outdoor dining and family entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven and dishwasher, ideal for gourmet meals. The home also offers fans throughout the property, free WiFi and an additional home for a driver and/or nanny.

The Mesa de Yeguas Country Club condominium offers access to a wide variety of sports activities, such as golf, tennis, water skiing, cycling, hiking, soccer, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga and dancing.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
